Your Hearing Health Pathway

Once your GP has referred you to Phoenix Healthcare Solutions for a Hearing Assessment, which can take up to an hour, your suitability for a hearing aid is determined. Over 95% of clients will be fitted with the latest digital, Bluetooth hearing aids on the same day. I have always used Phonak hearing aids as they are at the forefront of hearing aid technology.

Your Hearing Aid Fitting

If you are fitted with a hearing aid, you will be reviewed in 8 weeks’ time, and then on a yearly basis. We also offer a drop-in service (whenever the clinic is open) for repairs and maintenance, and telephone appointments for advice and queries about your hearing aid.
